It’s our connection to the earth, water, sky and it’s creatures, all working in harmony with one another that guide us to produce Peerick’s distinctive range of award winning wines.
Our name Peerick derives from the Aboriginal word ‘beeric’, a ‘wild cat’. It was bestowed on this region by its traditional custodians, the Dja Dja Wurrung people. Their traditions, beliefs, and dreamtime stories, together with the triskele from our Celtic culture, are depicted on our label artwork, and embody Peerick’s commitment to sustainable viticultural and wine-making practices.
Surrounded by the great wine regions of Western and central Victoria, our handcrafted wines display distinctive varietal expression and reflect individual vineyard, vintage and regional characteristics. Please enjoy, either in the vibrancy of youth or after ageing, if you can wait that long.

Peerick Sauvignon Blanc Fumé
Matured in 20% new barrel and 1-5 year old French oak on solids, our double gold winning Sauvignon Blanc is sophisticated with texture and length.
Using ruby red grapefruit, spice and cut fennel perfume, it is finely balanced between grapefruit and passionfruit in profile with a hint of meringue, vanilla and coconut.
Peerick was named Australian Sauvignon Blanc Winery of the Year at the Asian International Wine Competition 2019.

Peerick Cabernet Sauvignon
A medium red with purple hues to the rim, the nose is bursting with dark cherry and blackberry fruit that is backed by the faintest of oak induced spice. The palate builds with cherry fruit moving to blackberry alongside tannins that are characterised by graphite, cigar box, and earth. The finish sees a return of drying dark fruits with impressive length. Give this wine time and watch it flourish.
